4. Milk (diary, soya, oat or nut milk)
5. Baking powder
7. Protein Powder (whey, pea, soy or whatever your preference)

How to make easy pancakes with protein powder?
Making pancakes is a great way to use up leftover protein powder, eggs, or milk. By adding a small amount of protein powder to the batter, you can create fluffy and delicious pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or lunch. This recipe makes 2 services, but you can easily double or triple the recipe if you need more.
- 1 banana
- 75g oats
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- coconut oil
- nut butter
- maple syrup
Process the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, and cinnamon in a blender for one to two minutes until they are smooth. Check the oats are broken down.
First, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Using a bowl or ladle, discard the excess batter from each round. Once the bottom is lightly browned, flip to the other side and cook for one more minute. Transfer the pancake on top of another warm pancake with nut butter and maple syrup on it.
